EA FC 26

Question

Hi, so I have pre ordered FC26 ultimate edition. But I was made aware that with EA play you can get 10hour free trial at 1pm UK time. I’ve claimed the 10 hour trial, loaded up FC. But then I’m met with the menu as normal where it had to r option of ultimate team, clubs etc… But rather than having those as options, it gives me an upgrade option saying I have to buy the game and won’t let me access any online modes. It says there was an issue verifying my EA FC 26 access. I’m extremely confused and would like some guidance.

It happened to me when I loaded it earlier on Xbox just closed the game completely opened it and it worked… now I can’t get onto any gamemodes besides seasons 😡

Found a fix yet? I think this has been a common problem this afternoon with Xbox players unfortunately&nbsp;
