I have pre ordered the normal version of the game but i bought ea play pro i still didnt get the premium pass nor The icon pack or the fifa points. I live in belgium does it have to do anything with it and pls can someone reply if they know something i dont want be have paid 70+17 euros with no rewards at all.
Im also from belgium and I have the same issue... When researching deeply into other websites I finally found something that looks like its impossible for us to get in belgium... They couldve made this easier to find. I feel really scammed.
I get that they don't five FC points for legal reasons but the content such as premium pass and ICON pack should still be given out in my opinion. But they just don't even bother.
