i solved it by doing this
Netsh winsock reset
Flushing your DNS allows your device to remove outdated entries and get new ones. To flush your DNS follow the steps below: Open the search menu in the bottom-left corner of Windows. Select Run as Administrator to access the prompt. Type netsh winsock reset and press the Enter key. Restart your computer.
