EA AntiCheat Crash
I haven't been able to play FC 26 for nearly two weeks. In Event Viewer, EA Javelin AntiCheat reports that FC26.exe exits unexpectedly with exit code 0xFFFFFFFF (Event ID 1000). The crash occurs immediately after Javelin AntiCheat starts. I have also checked the AntiCheat driver registration. Windows reports the EAAntiCheat driver as being registered to System32\drivers\eaanticheat.sys, but I cannot find eaanticheat.sys anywhere on the C: drive. I understand that the driver may not be permanently present when Javelin isn't running, so I am mentioning this as an observation rather than assuming it is the cause. EA Javelin AntiCheat uninstall/reinstall reports that it completed successfully, but the same crash continues. Secure Boot is ON. I have already tried the following: Re-downloaded and reinstalled FC 26 twice. Reinstalled EA Javelin AntiCheat. Tried an older version of Windows. Updated to Windows 11 25H2, OS Build 26200.9168. None of these resolved the problem. The game consistently stops at Javelin AntiCheat and FC26.exe exits with 0xFFFFFFFF. Please note that I have already reinstalled the game multiple times, so I would appreciate troubleshooting steps focused on the Javelin AntiCheat/driver issue rather than reinstalling FC 26 again. Edit: Made the title easier to read. -CM
Transfer Market FC26
Subject: Appeal Permanent Transfer Market Ban - Legitimate Trading Activity Message: Dear EA Terms of Service Team, My access to the transfer market was banned following a series of market transactions where I bought 3–4 copies of a high-rated player (Puyol) listed below market price and relisted them immediately. I would like to clarify that this was entirely legitimate market trading (sniping/flipping) using standard in-game mechanics. I have never engaged in coin buying, selling, or coin distribution. Please manually review my recent transfer history and trade logs to verify this activity and lift the restriction on my account. Thank you for your time and assistance.FC 26 Launch Error – Javelin AntiCheat Error 87
Hello EA Team and Community, I have been unable to launch EA SPORTS FC 26 on my PC for several weeks. Whenever I click Play in the EA App, it gets stuck on "Launching game…" and FC26.exe never starts. My PC specifications: Laptop: ASUS TUF Gaming F15 CPU: Intel Core i5-12500H GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3050 Laptop GPU (4 GB) RAM: 16 GB OS: Windows 11 25H2 (Build 26200.9457) Errors reported: EA Javelin AntiCheat service terminates with Error 87 (0x57): "The parameter is incorrect." Windows Event Viewer – Service Control Manager Event ID 7023 reports that EAAntiCheatService terminated with the same error. EA Javelin AntiCheat – Event ID 1000 reports "Invalid argument count." Troubleshooting already performed: Repaired EA Javelin AntiCheat using the official installer. Verified the AntiCheat service installation and registry ImagePath. Ran EA App as Administrator. Restarted the PC and installed the latest Windows update. Confirmed UEFI mode and Secure Boot are enabled. Checked Windows Event Viewer and AntiCheat service logs. The AntiCheat installer reports successful installation, but the service still terminates with Error 87. FC 25 launches and works normally on the same PC. The issue appears specific to FC 26 and its Javelin AntiCheat initialization. I have also submitted an EA diagnostic report. Report ID: f2397719-a552-4b74-a678-b9c00d3ec9b9 Could EA's AntiCheat technical team please investigate this issue? Is this a known Javelin AntiCheat compatibility problem, and is there a confirmed fix or workaround? I would appreciate any help from EA Support or other players who have experienced the same errors. Thank you.Disconnections at the end of the match
Since no EA support member wants to help this case: You don’t offer an in game report system for cheating. I beat this player in FC26 Ultimate Team Champions and had ZERO CONNECTION issues on my end throughout the entire game and afterwards. I get disconnected IMMEDIATELY after winning. My WiFi logs show NO DROPS IN CONNECTION. This is blatant cheating/X-logging and is insane that this is allowed on your game. No repercussions either thus far. Shame. If the response to this attempt for further escalation is post removal will assume compliance then 100% will not be getting FC 27 LOL. (Not that a billion dollar corporation with the poorest customer support needs my money). "Support's" Response: CASE #254017842 Their PSN: [Removed by CM, per rules. EA_Claus] Youtube link to video showing my "disconnection" [Video removed by CM, EA_Claus] [Title changed by CM for clarity. EA_Claus]
FC 26 (Steam) closes to desktop after connecting to EA servers, offline works
Hi everyone, I'm on PC (Steam). EA SPORTS FC 26 launches normally and I can play offline without any problems. But whenever the game connects to EA servers, it closes as soon as I press "Start" on the screen after "Connecting to EA Servers". There's no error message, no crash window, and no crash report. Windows Event Viewer has no Application Error entry for FC26.exe either. The game just exits quietly to the desktop, every single time. System Laptop: Acer Nitro 5 AN517-41 CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800H (with Radeon integrated graphics) GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU RAM: 32 GB OS: Windows 10 Pro 22H2 (build 19045.6456) Secure Boot: On, BIOS mode UEFI ISP: Turkcell Superonline (Turkey) What I have already tried (none of it helped) Verified game files in Steam (all 677 files validated) Repaired the game in the EA app Cleared the EA app cache with EA App Recovery Uninstalled and reinstalled EA AntiCheat using the installer in the game folder Changed DNS to 1.1.1.1 / 8.8.8.8 and ran ipconfig /flushdns Connected through mobile data (phone hotspot) instead of home internet. It still closes at the same point, so it doesn't look like an ISP problem. Disabled all overlays (NVIDIA, EA app, Steam, Discord) Set FC26.exe to "High performance" (RTX 3060) in Windows graphics settings Checked environment variables (no GAME_DATA_DIR) Turned off voice chat in fcsetup.ini Deleted the online cache files in %LOCALAPPDATA%\EA SPORTS FC 26 (mainmenuconfig.json, which was 0 bytes, plus the filesystemcache, umcache and twinkle folders) Moved the settings folder so the game would create a new profile Logged out of the EA app, logged back in, and checked that my Steam account is linked to the correct EA account No third-party antivirus installed (only Windows Defender) My questions Is this a known issue, and is a fix planned? Could something on my EA account (restriction, pending terms, region, Steam link) be making the game exit when it enters the online menu? Are there any logs I can collect and share to help find the cause? My DxDiag is attached. EA ID: [desert_eagle84] Thanks in advance for any help.EA SPORTS FC 26 Crashing at Menu Stage - EA Javelin Anti-Cheat Event ID 1000
Hello,My game is consistently force-closing back to the desktop without an error message right at the main menu stage. The game executes fine past the initial splash screen, but as soon as it transitions to the menu, it drops. This happens in both online and offline modes.Checking the Windows Event Viewer, the crash is explicitly triggered by the anti-cheat system with an Event ID 1000 Error.Crash Details from Event Viewer:Source: EA Javelin AnticheatEvent ID: 1000Description / ExitType: 0xE1C9DA25E2F11756 (0x9280E62316CE2839)System Specifications:CPU: Intel Core i9-9900KGPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX Z370-E GAMING (BIOS version 3005, Secure Boot enabled in Windows UEFI mode)OS: Windows 11 ProTroubleshooting Already Attempted:I have already spent extensive time trying to rule out local configuration issues, including:Re-installing the EA Anti-Cheat app completely and manually clearing ProgramData and Program Files folders.Wiping local setting cache files, roaming user profile structures, and re-flashing the motherboard BIOS.Wiping and rebuilding the Windows catroot2 cryptographic databases in Safe Mode.Testing on a clean Windows local Administrator account.Turning off all hardware acceleration inputs, system overlays (Steam, NVIDIA, Discord), and isolating the virtualization security features (VBS and Core Isolation).Since the game previously worked fine with Secure Boot active until a couple of days ago, this seems to be a hardware authorization signature discrepancy introduced in the latest Javelin driver update regarding Z370 and 9th Gen platform setups. Please advise or review for a potential hotfix.Force Close after Splash Screen
Hello, I have problem for my EA SPORTS FC 26. The game already show the windowed game but black screen and then force close without any notification, even my event viewer and reliability monitor doesn't show any errors, but not at all, sometimes I found EA Javelin Error 'invalid input' or something like that. And I have tried mostly everything, clean and restart with DDU, factory reset, update BIOS, update Chipset, update drivers (but yeah actually I still used APU and it's seems okay, just this case only for FC 26). And I have tried uninstall and install EA Javelin Support, at AC in Program Files, or even in game folder installation. Also, I tried ticketing to EA, but I don't know how the correct ways to ticketing even for fast respon about this problem. I recently change my motherboard, but even in my older motherboard still error, but I think it's because I can't turn on Secure Boot. But until now, this 'bug' still happening. Last note, I installed and play in EA App, I don't have for Steam version. Thank you!
