CrashDump - game not launching
I am experiencing a consistent crash that prevents me from playing the game at all. Upon launching, the game immediately crashes and displays a Crash Report Handler error related to Easy Anti-Cheat. The error message states that the application encountered an unexpected error, and a crash dump was generated successfully. Ive tried all primary fixes recommend, such as: reinstalling EA anti-cheat Disabling memory integrity in windows security running both FC26.exe and EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe as administrator None of the above worked. Would really appreciate some advise on how to fix this issue! FC25 runs fine, FC26 however does not, only in recently - it previously did
BUG
During the last games in fc 26 rivals during the match, after the break the opponent pauses and after the game starts in a few seconds I am disconnected and receive a warning. This is not right and I want explanations and a fix for this frustrating problem. I am an occasional player and I want to have fun I don't want to be punished and discriminated against for my time and money. I was leading the match comfortably when I was suddenly disconnected with Error 95. After reconnecting, I received a DNF and a loss. What is going on? My setup includes an RTX 5090, a Ryzen 9 9950X3D, and a gigabit cable connection, so this is clearly not a hardware or stability issue on my end ( I play with gsync and vsync off and high settings in order to get arround 360 fps to match my monitor refresh rate so i get less input lag). I reported the player, but I’m concerned this is a game-breaking bug. Please look into this; it’s ruining the experience for me! I don.t have antivirus blocking the game. I repeat myself: it.s my first time in this season i got this error. It.s actually my only time i got error this season.
Points are not processed after a break-up game
It is happening more and more often that if someone quits the game because they are behind, the match is not processed and the points are not awarded. That is starting to get annoying. Is this the case for multiple gamers? Is that a hack or something else?Your Windows version is not supported launch error
After not playing for one day my game will not launch and says your windows version is not supported on the launch window. Have restarted PC, verified game files, reinstalled EA app, allowed EA FC 26 and anticheat through firewall and defender, up to date on windows, updated drivers to most recent, ensured game is not running in compatibility mode, and launched as administrator. I'm getting sick of this happening to me. There is a very simple fix, either fix the issue and listen to the abundance of feedback or introduce a 'report player/cheater' option. Why do we only have the option to report an offensive name!? I'm a 30 year fifa veteran who has been playing since 1998. I have recorded numerous videos of these cheating opponents quitting and the win not registering, please do something about this. Hi everyone, I need help and I want to bring attention to a critical issue that EA Support has finally acknowledged as a server-side bug. The Problem: I bought FC 26 and played it without any issues at the beginning. However, for the last 2 months, I haven't been able to launch the game. Every time I try to start it, it crashes instantly at the splash screen and sends me back to the EA App. What I’ve discovered: It’s not my PC: I can still play FC 25 on this same computer with zero issues. This proves my hardware and drivers are perfectly fine. Handshake Error: After many support sessions, it has been confirmed that the crash happens during the pre-initialization/authentication phase. My account cannot "handshake" with the EA servers to verify my game rights. No Folder Creation: The game crashes so early that it doesn't even create an "FC 26" folder in my Documents. Offline Mode Fails: Even trying to launch the game in Offline Mode leads to the same crash, meaning the license token is completely broken. My Request: EA Support has officially documented this as a potential bug in my case notes (Case ID: 239359087). They admitted that standard support tools cannot fix this and it requires a deeper look into the account's "entitlements." I am not looking for basic troubleshooting steps like "update your drivers" or "clear your cache"—I have done all of that dozens of times. I am requesting a senior technical specialist or a community manager to look into this account-side authentication block. Multiple times in FC 26 ( UT or season) online league, while I was winning, an opponent used some trick or cheat to force the game to disconnect. This pushed me out and gave me a disconnection warning, even though I was clearly leading. It’s absolutely unfair, and this issue needs serious investigation and resolution. i play with ps5 but most of these tricky players are using PC
