Hi there, I am trying to complete the objective "score 25 goals on beginner against Squadra Azzurra in Squad battles". We all know how easy the beginner difficulty is... so, the problem is, that after scoring 10 - 14 goals (first half to 60th minute), the "anti cheat" comes in play and I am being logged out of FUT. EA FC 26 closes right after connecting to EA servers. It shows "Connecting to EA servers", then the loading logo appears, and after that the game shuts down and returns to the desktop, and the EA App window pops up after the crash. The game works normally offline and only crashes when trying to connect online. Hello EA Support, I am having issues with FIFA 26 after the recent update. The game is no longer opening properly. I already tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it again, but the issue still continues. Whenever I try to launch the game, it does not open. The last screen I see says “Starting EA Javelin Anticheat...” and after that the game never starts. My screen also freezes after this, which never happened before the update. For the past 3-4 days, since the last update, I have tried to open FC26 on Steam and it continuously crashes. I have reinstalled the game multiple times, I have uninstalled, repaired and reinstalled Anti Cheat, I have verified the files on steam, I have disabled my anti virus incase that may be the cause, I've updated all my drivers and nothing appears to work. Sometimes it will launch the game but crash after a few seconds mostly during the EA Sports intro without a message. A few times it has not launched the game and these 2 messages have appeared as shown. Since the world cup update my game just crashes to dekstop with no error mid game. It doesnt happen every game but I tried alot of fixes and nothing seems to work. I purchased EA SPORTS FC 26 on Steam and have never been able to launch the game. The game reaches the "Starting EA Javelin AntiCheat" screen and then displays: "This software cannot be used at the same time as the game: Interception" I have spent an entire day troubleshooting and have confirmed that Interception is not installed on my system. Troubleshooting completed: Reinstalled EA Javelin AntiCheat. Rebooted multiple times. Verified game files through Steam. Ran SFC /SCANNOW (found and repaired corrupted files). Ran DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth successfully. Confirmed sc query interception returns "The specified service does not exist as an installed service." Confirmed driverquery | findstr /i interception returns no results. Confirmed there is no interception.sys file. Confirmed there are no Interception-related registry entries. Uninstalled Logitech G HUB and confirmed Logitech virtual keyboard and virtual mouse devices were removed. Temporarily disabled Riot Vanguard and tested again. Uninstalled Cheat Engine. Removed RGB Fusion. Checked for RawAccel, ReWASD and other known conflicting drivers. Performed a clean boot test. Windows 10 Pro 22H2 (Build 19045.7417). Despite all of the above, EA Javelin AntiCheat continues to report that "Interception" is running. EA Support has already collected my DxDiag and escalated the issue. Hello, I am facing a persistent issue with the EA Anti-Cheat system that has completely blocked me from playing. This problem started back in FC 25, which forced me to stop playing the game entirely at that time. Back then, I even formatted my entire PC, but the game still wouldn't work. Now in FC 26, I decided to give it another try. Since downloading the game, I have not been able to play it even once due to the exact same anti-cheat error claiming there is unauthorized software. I have done everything possible from my end: I completely uninstalled any prohibited software. I used advanced deep-cleaner tools to delete any hidden files or leftovers. I ran specific Windows command prompts (CMD) to wipe out any traces related to those programs. I completely reinstalled the EA Anti-Cheat using your new system setup. I uninstalled and reinstalled the entire game from scratch. After all this, I contacted EA Support. They gave me a case/ticket number, and I waited for 6 to 7 days hoping for a solution. Every time I follow up with support, they just tell me that my case is still "under investigation" or "waiting." I am 100% confident that my PC is completely clean and the issue is not from my side.
