EA Transactions

It's been more than a week since I started a discussion on opening store packs and not getting what it was described (84+ x11 but getting items below 84, and more packs with similar issues). Got a response asking for more details on the 28th Dec and haven't gotten any responses since then. Please help as I feel like getting scammed by not getting what the packs should provide.
