EAFC 26 Connection unplayable

Rivals is unplayable for me now for days! At the load screen (kit selection) ping will be around 20, in game goes up to 2000 and my played jump around the pitch and run off it. 

all my other games work perfectly, and I have reset my WiFi etc even tried manual dns settings. Nothing fixes this issue. 

what is going on and are you looking into it? I know I’m not the only one.
