Encore icon pick 1 of 3 17th January at 19:24. And POTM JAMAL claiming fail.

Hello I have to cases which I have discussed with a support team few times but they suggest me to write a letter or message here.

Icon pick 87+ I have done it 17th 19:24 and after that I saw the message from EA team about issues and wrong description there. That few my friends already got compensation for it but I am not. Still waiting for it and support team just told me to wait and I am waiting about a week. 

Second case it’s about Jamal POTM which was on Wilson SBC which I was done at 19:14, EA have fixed that at 19:30. While I was trying to claimed POTM card I got an error about lose connection I was not able to connect to UT again. 
After I got logged in SBC was done but no POTM Jamal card or any packs wasn’t on my account.

That’s not right go get it back I need to wait for that long time.

I spoke with EA support many times but only one answer. Wait. It’s not working so I want to ask u directly and ask about help.
