Does anyone know how to solve the error "Only the player associated with the current Ultimate Team account may start a game session" ?

any fixes?
has anyone found a fix for this? I was able to play a couple SB but now i cant join any game and this message always pops up
I have same issue when i go afk for 20 mins. Restart is only solution for me now.
