Evo bug

my objective to unlock transfer market says complete the foundations evo however when I go on advance it doesn’t show any “foundations” evo anywhere I look on my evo too and it doesn’t show anything, I restarted my game a couple times and my device and it’s still not working anyone know? Because I can’t access transfer market without it
