Evo Problem

I put my untradeable hero, Kuyt, on Evo, and there was a statement about this card being untradeable. Later, I put the tradable Salma on Evo. I think there was the same statement about this player being untradeable, but the problem was that there wasn't enough information about whether this player would be untradeable completely, or until development was finished, or whether it would be a week or two. Especially since I play in Turkish, the explanations were never sufficient. I didn't know that my already tradable player would become untradeable when I started evo. As a result, I lost 100k coins. I would be very grateful if you could provide me with a solution for this. You can delete my card and give me my coins, or you can delete it and give me Salma.
