Evolution card BUG

Question

I’m currently experiencing an issue with the Evolution card. I applied the “Intercept” Evolution to my player, but the player did not receive the Intercept playstyle. As a result, the Evolution card was CONSUMED WITHOUT ANY EFFECT.

I’ve reached out to EA Support, and they’re currently reviewing the case to restore the Intercept Evolution card to my account. In the meantime, if anyone else in this community has encountered the same issue, please share your experience. The support team mentioned this may be a bug, and understanding how many players are affected could help prioritise a fix.

Hi, how many playstyles did your player have before putting him in the evo?

Hi Sheikhta, the player had less than 5 playstyles and that's why he is eligible to apply this “Intercept” Evolution card on him!

Hi all, about evolution issues I dunno if that happened to someone but yesterday I wanted to use to new evolutions got from Hugo LLoris and Alex Greenwood objectives, I confirmed them with Joan García and Balde but both evolutions did not appear in "my evolutions" and the evolutions disappeared from "awards evolutions". Any advice? I contacted EA help already. Thank you!

I got the same thing 2 days ago , I completed the Evo ESTRELA DE MONTCADA on my player « DAVID NERES » then the very next day I see that they removed the low driven playstyle+ from him (low driven+ was the main feature of that evo)
