Yeah exactly What's happening to me as well, and ea support chat did, but clearly were just taking the **bleep**

Who told you they would fix it ?? How did you put yourself in contact with someone ? 

So you cant open any packs right ? That's exactly what is happening to me now .....

They told me they'd fix it too so that's a positive I think but with how rude their staff has been at times I honestly don't trust them if I fix it I'll lyk

they did nothing just they said to me they will fix it soon and they aware of this problem however it started from release season five and I don't know when they will fix it and maybe they don't

Same exact thing is happening to me. Did someone help you or get it fixed please let me know 

I agree same happening to me half the time the team just disappears comes back with a bunch of messages they haven't even wrote and just have it there to copy and paste and barley understand what I mean, it's a joke
