My problem is that I have an expired evolution item that I can't use or get rid of. It's stuck because Season 4 was locked for me, and I bought it for 1000 points befor that. After Season 4 ended, all the season's content was sent to me, and among it was the evolution item, which I believe is expired. Therefore, I can't use it, and it prevents me from opening packs and claiming rewards, hindering my progress in the game
This is very frustrating. I haven't even found support from the team. I can't continue to develop my team like this.
They told me they'd fix it too so that's a positive I think but with how rude their staff has been at times I honestly don't trust them if I fix it I'll lyk

Who told you they would fix it ?? How did you put yourself in contact with someone ?
