My problem is that I have an expired evolution item that I can't use or get rid of. It's stuck because Season 4 was locked for me, and I bought it for 1000 points befor that. After Season 4 ended, all the season's content was sent to me, and among it was the evolution item, which I believe is expired. Therefore, I can't use it, and it prevents me from opening packs and claiming rewards, hindering my progress in the game
This is very frustrating. I haven't even found support from the team. I can't continue to develop my team like this.

I agree same happening to me half the time the team just disappears comes back with a bunch of messages they haven't even wrote and just have it there to copy and paste and barley understand what I mean, it's a joke

they did nothing just they said to me they will fix it soon and they aware of this problem however it started from release season five and I don't know when they will fix it and maybe they don't

They told me they'd fix it too so that's a positive I think but with how rude their staff has been at times I honestly don't trust them if I fix it I'll lyk

I cemt redeem a evolution and your staff refuse to help me no reply on the forums nothing, how am I meant to play the game when I can't redeem a evo so then I can't open packs I really don't like my midfielders but can't upgrade them and the worse part is the way your workers treat me about all of this, I literally just got aired for ten minutes and left on read by a worker till we automatically disconnected, joke this is not how you treat customers. Just help me that's all I want please I don't see what's so bad about that

I have a stuck pack in Ultimate Team for more than 48 hours.
It gives an error every time I try to open it.
I tried Companion App, restarting, waiting 24+ hours, and clearing unassigned items.
Please reset or remove the stuck pack from my account.

I know you didn't reply to me but I've tried this, there wasn't much success I don't think it would help the other person much based on his attachment and explaining we have the exact same issue but hopefully this can be solved 🙏
