False Banned

My account was banned permanently from online access for no reason, I've never used any cheats,third party tool or even  violated tranfser market rules.

I submitted an appeal with case number :229959683 and also contacting customer support everyday and didn't receive any reply until now.

because of this ban, I lost my Evolution progress to some players ,Daily rewards and tournaments , SBC's I was working on .. Everything

I'm 100 percent sure I did nothing wrong and that my gameplay is completly legitimate , and I'm also willing to attach any needed document about purchase history and games results.

Also what makes me feel so frustrating that I had been complaining about facing hackers in Fut Champs 3 days before the ban. And now I'm the one getting banned here.

I really hope someone from EA can look into my case and help me here.
