Fc 26 career mode not working

My son cannot get career mode to work on ps5... Have to keep sending report to ea about it being faulty but no idea on how to fix this! Help

Champs unable to process your request glitch
i just won my champs game 5-2 and the final whistle blows and the hames done and i get unable to process your request, kicked off ultimate team and get given the loss!! is there any way to fix this

Non fair disconnect after an official win
My game number 12 in FUT counted as disconnected after the game has finished with me already winning and did not count , this is not fair!
