FC 26 Companion App Transfer Market Still Locked After Completing Requirements

Hi EA Support/community,

My FC 26 Transfer Market works normally on my PS5, but it is still locked on the Companion App and Web App.

I have already completed the required steps:

Completed New Beginnings objectives
Completed Venturing Out objectives
Claimed the rewards
Logged into Ultimate Team on console
Played the required full Ultimate Team matches for active days
Logged into the Companion App and Web App after playing

My account only has one old violation, and it was a name issue that ended on December 15, 2023. It was not for coin buying, cheating, or Transfer Market abuse.

Since the Transfer Market works on my PS5, I do not believe my account is banned from the market. The issue seems to only be with Companion App and Web App access.

Can someone please check whether my account is still pending Web/Companion Transfer Market access or if something is stuck on the backend?
