From what I can see, your speed is pretty low, but the game could still be playable. The bigger concern is your NAT. It's currently set to Type 3. This is a strict NAT. That will cause disconnects. It needs to be either Type 1 (Open) or Type 2 (Moderate). You'll need to look up the instructions for changing that setting on your router.

let me try to change the NAT it was working for a second then it gave me the same problem again

Every game is different. There's different data being sent, different servers, etc.

Hi there. I see you're using a wireless connection. Would you be able to switch to a wire or is your router too far away? Wireless connections are unstable so disconnects and lag are going to be common.
