I received a message on my Xbox that I can play the free 10 hour trial for fc 26. I was excited, but to my surprise (not really) it does not work. Keep in mind I preordered the game as well. It has been 4 days since the issue started and nothing is being done. What is the point of the 10 hr trial if we can’t play it. Can we get compensated for this tomfoolery?

Have the same problem but yet they are quite happy to take the subscription money each month what a joke it really is I won’t even bother buying the game now
I haven’t bought the game because of the countless problems everyone is encountering but I still have the intention to play the free trial. I bought EA Play just for this and still not working!
After being burned the last couple years with buggy games and shambolic game play and reports of bugs this year I thought I'd give the trial a go. But when even that is bugged and all you have is "news" or the option to "upgrade" and you can't even play, think I'll be saving my money this year.
