Could you let us know which platform you’re playing FC 26 on? It would also help if you could confirm:
- Whether the game is fully updated and which version/title update you currently have installed
- Whether you’re using a wired or wireless connection
- If this happens every time you connect to the EA servers
- Whether you’ve tried launching the game with a different profile/account on the same system
- What troubleshooting you’ve already tried, such as restarting the system, power cycling it, or reinstalling the game
If possible, please also share a screenshot or short clip showing the grey screen and what happens just before it appears. That should give us a better idea of what’s going on and what to try next.
