fc 26 just keeps dashboarding ??

everytime i try to play fc 26 on my pc i could be in the middle of a match or even on the menus doing sbcs and my game just crashes sends me to my home screen no crash message or anything pls someone tell me how to fix this.

iv tried

.repairing the game and the ea app 

.update my drivers and bios 

nothing has worked please help me
