FC 26 keeps freezing at Menu - Cannot do Live Objectives (Case #251701678)

URGENT UPDATE FOR CASE #251701678

Please expedite this case immediately. Due to this persistent menu freezing bug, I am completely unable to play the game and complete the current in-game limited-time live events and objectives.

The deadline for these rewards is expiring very soon, and this technical failure from EA's side is causing me to permanently miss out on important content that I paid for.
