FC 26 lagging during matches

I’ve been running PC games (especially FIFA/FC) for years without any issues, but FC 26 is giving me a headache. I’ve started experiencing a weird type of lag only during actual matches, it feels like the game goes into slow motion. I added the -dx11 to the Launch options on steam and this fixed the game for some time but now the last months the game has been lagging again. As far as I know so many other users also experiencing the same issue and there is no way to fix this. 

Here are my specs:
HP Omen 17 - cb0011nv

• Intel Core i7 9750H
• 16 GB RAM
• GTX 1660 Ti 6 GB
• 256 GB SSD + 1TB HDD

I’ve already tried:

• Updated all NVIDIA and Windows drivers
• Verified game files via Steam
• Restarted my laptop
• Lowered graphics settings (even tried lowest)
• Cleaned fans to reduce temps
• Game is up to date
• Set the game to 60 FPS and running the game in windowed mode
