FC 26 Nintendo Switch – Unable to load information from the server

Question

Hi,I am having an issue with FC 26 on Nintendo Switch.Originally, FC 26 worked correctly with my first Nintendo profile. After changing to another Nintendo profile on the same console, I can no longer access any online mode. The game always displays "Unable to load information from the server."I noticed that my EA Account is linked to the wrong Nintendo profile, but I cannot change it because the Unlink button is disabled and says I will only be able to unlink my account after 2026-12-27.Would it be possible for someone to manually unlink the Nintendo account from my EA Account, or check if this restriction can be removed? I believe this may be the reason why I cannot access the online modes in FC 26.Thank you very much for your help.

I have the same issue since today. There is no way for me to even sign out!

It's a huge pain, but the email address on your console needs to be linked to the EA account using that same email address. If you can't unlink your account—like me—then you have to wait for EA to fix it; otherwise, you can unlink it via your EA account settings. Good luck.
