Unavailable servers on webapp/companion app
Issues are still ongoing and after following advise with deleting app and reinstatlling, I'm still unable to log in. I don't have the game on my PS5 yet and have been accessing it via the app. What is being done about this? Fix the controls! **bleep** the money we waste on your filthy game! The response time is many seconds on PC, and this recurring problem proves that the development team is inexperienced and doesn't understand this field. I wish there was a way to turn back time. I advise myself not to subscribe to EA PLAY PRO to play the game on this device and with this account, and not to buy the game on Steam for my other account. Online seasons is all I play. Search for 8+ hours at different times of the day (shows 9000 to 12000+ players online) with no luck. All settings are wide open (no restrictions on location, controller type, etc.) Wired internet connection.
