FC26 on Switch 2: How to create/link player 2 account?
Hi. We just got FC26 on the Switch 2 for me and my 9-year-old daughter to play together. We've been playing Fifa 18 for years, and there are some settings in FC26 that we want to change to make the experience more familiar. We can both change the settings, but the second player's settings are forgotten after one match and need to be re-set for every match. (Player 1 settings are remembered.) There doesn't appear to be any way to save Player 2 settings, and no way to create an account/profile for Player 2. Is there any way to make Player 2 settings persistent? A lot of times, which happens very often, when I go to settings and I choose a specific setting, for example I choose dynamic for how the Ai opponents play, after several games the setting seems to switch back to default. It's extremely annoying especially when I change multiple settings. I used to play on the Middle East server with a ping that didn't exceed 30, but now I'm playing on the European server with a ping of 100. This problem has been going on for about a month. I don't know if it's just for Nintendo Switch, but there's been a bug where everytime your pov goes to penalties in the "In-Game Set pieces" training option it freezes to that POV. You cannot press "retry drill" because if you do the POV continues to stay frozen on the penalty. You can still take the rest of your free-kicks or corners, but your POV is stuck on penalty. It's extremely frustrating that this has been happening to me for the past 3 FC Games, FC 24, 25 and 26. Still no fix, no way around it. Hello EA Support Team, I am writing to report an issue in EA Sports FC 26 that is directly affecting gameplay performance. Currently, pressing or holding the R1 (RB) button during matches triggers the in-game music menu. The problem is that R1 is also commonly used for sprinting and other gameplay functions. Because of this overlap, the music overlay appears during live matches, interrupting control and causing gameplay errors. I have personally lost matches due to this conflict, as it interferes with sprint timing and defensive reactions. There is currently no option in the settings to disable or remap the music shortcut independently. Even after turning music volume to zero and disabling music-related options, the overlay still appears when pressing R1. I respectfully request that Electronic Arts consider adding one of the following in a future update: An option to fully disable the R1 music shortcut The ability to remap or customize the music menu button A setting to prevent the music overlay from appearing during matches This would greatly improve competitive gameplay and prevent unintended interruptions.
