FC 26 Nintendo Switch 2 - Bad Conversion

Hello, I am writing regarding the Switch 2 version, which I purchased as the Ultimate Edition with great enthusiasm, since it was advertised as being identical to the PS5/Xbox Series X versions — as clearly shown in the official Nintendo video published on your channels. However, the actual gameplay experience is completely different: the framerate is unstable (likely due to frametime issues), there is severe aliasing that breaks up goalposts and advertising boards, and players themselves appear surrounded by a visible halo. The crowd, although not a crucial element, is neither as numerous nor of the same visual quality as in the promotional footage.

This is simply a product that does not meet the advertised standards and is, in fact, not consistent with what was promoted. I have already requested a refund from Nintendo, but they refused.

Your support team directed me to post here instead. Meanwhile, I have spent €89 on a product that is unplayable — it literally causes eye strain due to how technically poor it is. I hope you will take this complaint into consideration, even though I have my doubts. Many people may be satisfied, but it is clear that this product falls far short of expectations.

You yourselves acknowledged in your latest deep dive that you plan to improve the Switch 2 version graphically — so what’s the point of releasing a product like this on the market? Other than frustrating part of your player base? Thank you.
