Fc Coins transfer from FC 25 to FC 26 (BUG)

Good morning, as the title says, only a certain amount of FC coins was transferred from one game to the other... NOT THE WHOLE LOT. No one knows why, no one answers me in the chat (it loops for 50 minutes, 30 minutes, 80 minutes, and no one ever answers; they just close the case).
I've been playing FC/FIFA for 10 years. I know how to transfer from one game to the other. I did it perfectly every year. This year I also did it correctly, but only a certain amount was transferred, not the entire amount. I was left with 18,500 in FC25.

Please, I want someone from EA to help me. Because it was a mistake on the part of your game/company. It's frustrating to have been going on for 5 days without anyone showing up to resolve the problem, since they have my money in their hands.

In addition to all this, it won't let me create incidents/chats with EA. I've never been able to communicate with anyone at the company. It's as if I'm blocked.
