Fc companion login issues

I’ve been trying to log into the fc 26 companion app and web for the past couple of weeks, but I’m not able to log in. Everytime I try this message pop up,

Login unavailable. We’re currently having trouble with login services. While we work on it, you can try to log in from your console or pc to get the full ultimate team experience.

this is the first time Im trying to use the companion in fc 26. I’ve played ultimate team, rivals, squad battles, futchamps, and other modes on fc 26, but the companion itself doesn’t work. It only works when I’m logged in on fc26 on my PlayStation, but there the message pops up that I must log out of my device. When I log out from the ps and try to log in from the app, the “Login Unavailable” message appears again.

I’ve tried many methods, including deleting and reinstalling the app, changing wifi connections, and changing passwords, but nothing works. Can someone please help me find a solution?
