FC Points , Não recebi.

Comprei a pouco alguns FC Points do EA 26. Comprei pelo app da PSN. Porém.nao.recebi até o momento e estou preocupado em ter perdido dinheiro. Tentei fazer o reembolso mas não foi possível. Tenho comprovante. Alguém pode me ajudar?
