Community ManagerHey BirdieMonster If your transaction status shows as “Failed,” that means it was rejected and did not go through. If the money isn’t showing in your account, it’s possible that it’s been temporarily held by your bank. In most cases, those funds will return to your balance within a few days, but it’s best to check directly with your bank to confirm.
EA placed a hold on the account for the total of both transactions 7 days ago. My bank cannot do anything until the hold is dropped. EA support said wait 10 business days and the hold will drop off. How is it acceptable to hold my funds for 10 business days and not provide what I purchased. Especially with ultimate team being limited time so the evolutions and packs I wanted to do I now have to buy more points and be out twice the amount of money
