FC pro global open qualifier rewards

I watched both day of the qualifier for more than 2 hours and didn’t get anything ingame, on twitch its shown that I claimed the item, and its the same account that I claimed for the event a month ago. Is there a delay to the rewards?

I am in a similar situation. I got Day 1 to work, but Day 2 still says I haven't completed it even though Twitch says I did.
