Fc store error

Keep getting an error on fc26 store for fifa points. Saying there is an error with the fc store. Please try again later. Can someone please help?

5 straight Clubs disconnects – EA says “sent to bug department”
Deleted the game after 5 games in a row of disconnects with no wifi issues. EA's response was to "send it to the bug department" Fifa is washed.
