I need to preface this by saying that I had to use google translate on your screenshots as I don't speak Russian, so forgive me if I get a detail wrong.
It looks like you bought the Icons Edition of FC 26, not the Ultimate Edition. While the Ultimate Edition comes with with 6,000 FC points, the Icon edition doesn't, and instead comes with extra player packs. I took a screenshot with the differences between the two editions.
