Fc26 friends menu when using RT

Just logged onto FC26 today and all of a sudden when I use RT on the controller it brings up the friends menu, even in game when sprinting it brings it up which makes it unable for me to play the gam...

Just pause it and go on your team sheet that’s fixed it for me
