fc26 on pc major issues

ive watched multiple optimization and help vids and thats not the problem, the game runs fine as long as im playing offline i played kickoff with no issues but as soon as i connect to ea servers i get major lag and slowing down. my internet is fine how do i fix this i have deleted and re installed already
