FC26 Player moves on its own.

So I got FC26 on sale a few weeks back, just after the World Cup, and I started playing it. But my game has a bug in that my player in career or in a kickoff game will automatically continue to run in the direction of last input, it will continue to run in that direction until I give it another input. It almost feels like stick drift however it happens in every direction. My player just runs off on its own. I have a brand new switch 2 and an older OLED switch and I have played FC26 on both of them to see if I can fix the issue and both do it, so it’s definitely not stick drift. The game is completely unplayable as it stands now. I’ve googled to see if it’s a setting that I can turn off but I’ve come up with nothing. I’m about ready to delete the game.
