FC26 Season Pass Issues

For days/a couple of weeks now I have been unable to access the Season Ladder and Season Pass Premium. 

it simply says: “The Season Pass is currently unavailable and you will not be able to earn progress towards your Season Pass.”

Please either fix this or tell me how to?! I’m losing out on important benefits - not least of all those that I have paid for through premium season pass.  

I am somewhat of a veteran gamer these days; I’ve been playing Fifa/FC since it first came out in the ‘90s.  Some of the glitches in this game - considering it’s a multi-billion dollar franchise now - is truly unacceptable for the amount we pay in time and money.  Brand loyalty is starting to wear thin.
