FC26

Subject: EA SPORTS FC 26 Freezing Issue

I am constantly experiencing freezes in EA SPORTS FC 26. I cannot enter matches, or during matches the screen completely locks up. The audio continues, but the display is frozen.

My computer is an HP Victus, and I have no issues with any other games, including FIFA 25. The problem occurs only with FC 26.

I have tried running the game with both DX11 and DX12, adjusted the display settings, disabled Nvidia Overlay and background recording, but the issue persists.

This problem seems to be related to the game engine or a technical fault. Please forward this situation to the technical team and provide a fix/patch.
