FIFA stuck on black screen

 I purchased ea fc26 on loaded a couple days ago and since I purchased it I haven’t been able to play yet. I am trying to launch the game from the ea app however I cannot get past the black loading screen. I have tried several things to try fix this and nothing has worked, even uninstalling and reinstalled the game and the ea app. How can I fix this?
