FC 26 SPLASH SCREEN CRASH
Hi everyone, I need help and I want to bring attention to a critical issue that EA Support has finally acknowledged as a server-side bug. The Problem: I bought FC 26 and played it without any issues at the beginning. However, for the last 2 months, I haven't been able to launch the game. Every time I try to start it, it crashes instantly at the splash screen and sends me back to the EA App. What I’ve discovered: It’s not my PC: I can still play FC 25 on this same computer with zero issues. This proves my hardware and drivers are perfectly fine. Handshake Error: After many support sessions, it has been confirmed that the crash happens during the pre-initialization/authentication phase. My account cannot "handshake" with the EA servers to verify my game rights. No Folder Creation: The game crashes so early that it doesn't even create an "FC 26" folder in my Documents. Offline Mode Fails: Even trying to launch the game in Offline Mode leads to the same crash, meaning the license token is completely broken. My Request: EA Support has officially documented this as a potential bug in my case notes (Case ID: 239359087). They admitted that standard support tools cannot fix this and it requires a deeper look into the account's "entitlements." I am not looking for basic troubleshooting steps like "update your drivers" or "clear your cache"—I have done all of that dozens of times. I am requesting a senior technical specialist or a community manager to look into this account-side authentication block. Man Iam so pissed off.My fc 26 keeps on saying that my device is offline when i try to launch the game.It tells me to login first and then after loging in it then shows the divce offline error.I had downloaded my game and it worked perfectly fine then i deleted it and redownloaded it and now thats when the issue started i deleted the cache,deleted ea app and even the game itself.I also reset my network tried hotspotting my pc and even deleted registry keys.I also tried enabling public and private in the firewall.Nothing has worked at all and Iam still experiencing the same issue.I contacted ea multiple times but they just keep on trying to give me more troubleshooting methods that ive already tried myself.Someone please help me.Will ea finally listen to me after trying them agin and again or what?Rush in FC 26 not working – always says “No teammates found”
Hi everyone, Me and my friend have been trying to play Rush in Ultimate Team on FC 26. We’ve tested both: Playing together in a party Trying separately on our own But every time we go into the Rush lobby, it just says: “No teammates found” We were able to play Rush a couple of days ago, so it definitely worked before. Now it doesn’t find anyone, not even random teammates. We both checked: Crossplay is ON We’re both online and connected to EA servers Other modes (Rivals, Champs, Draft) work fine It seems like Rush matchmaking is broken or maybe disabled globally, because we can’t get in at all. 👉 Can EA please confirm if this is a known issue with Rush? And if anyone else is experiencing the same problem, please reply so EA knows it’s not just us. Thanks chat gpt and ea 😅😅😅😅😅

I can't even load in straight away no more. I always have to keep on launching and re launching to try to connect to ea servers. I have tried to load in for 1 hour straight and I have not been able to. I have no connectivity issues on any other games. On last years fc 25 it ran super smooth for me and now I cant even connect to ea servers. I need help.CrashDump - game not launching
I am experiencing a consistent crash that prevents me from playing the game at all. Upon launching, the game immediately crashes and displays a Crash Report Handler error related to Easy Anti-Cheat. The error message states that the application encountered an unexpected error, and a crash dump was generated successfully. Ive tried all primary fixes recommend, such as: reinstalling EA anti-cheat Disabling memory integrity in windows security running both FC26.exe and EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe as administrator None of the above worked. After not playing for one day my game will not launch and says your windows version is not supported on the launch window. Have restarted PC, verified game files, reinstalled EA app, allowed EA FC 26 and anticheat through firewall and defender, up to date on windows, updated drivers to most recent, ensured game is not running in compatibility mode, and launched as administrator. Any other suggestions? Game owned through steam but won't launch through EA app either.My access to the game is restricted
I don't understand why my access to FC26 is restricted, I never leave games in the middle of a match, it's happened to me twice because of a problem with my computer that caused the game to crash. But I was able to play again after this incident, and since then it's been 2 days, and for no reason, since an error message appears when I open the game telling me: "your access to the game has been restricted" and I can't do anything on EA support. I need help!!!!
