Won’t launch
Whenever i try to launch the free trial from steam, the EA app opens up, runs and then just goes back to the EA app. Nothing happens, no error codes. When i try to launch it from the EA app, the same happens. I’ve tried alot of different fixed like uninstall and reinstall. Cleared cache. Removed overlays and limited startup apps aswell as disabling other anti-cheat on my pc and more. Generally every fix i could find online on similar problems, and nothing has helped yet. I’m hesitent to buy the game if i can’t even launch the free trial.
FC 26 is stuck on the splash screen
FC 26 is stuck on the splash screen and won't open again. My computer is Windows 11, and I downloaded the game from EA App. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, but it still won't work. Hello I am on PS5 and mainly play FC 26 (First mistake). Anytime I load up my game and choose any game mode I am stuck on the corresponding loading screen. I've changed my DNS and that didn't work. I uploaded and downloaded cloud and local data. No avail there. I deleted it and reinstalled it and it worked for a couple games but then same issue came back. Hello, I am facing a persistent issue with the EA Anti-Cheat system that has completely blocked me from playing. This problem started back in FC 25, which forced me to stop playing the game entirely at that time. Back then, I even formatted my entire PC, but the game still wouldn't work. Now in FC 26, I decided to give it another try. Since downloading the game, I have not been able to play it even once due to the exact same anti-cheat error claiming there is unauthorized software. I have done everything possible from my end: I completely uninstalled any prohibited software. I used advanced deep-cleaner tools to delete any hidden files or leftovers. I ran specific Windows command prompts (CMD) to wipe out any traces related to those programs. I completely reinstalled the EA Anti-Cheat using your new system setup. I uninstalled and reinstalled the entire game from scratch. After all this, I contacted EA Support. They gave me a case/ticket number, and I waited for 6 to 7 days hoping for a solution. Every time I follow up with support, they just tell me that my case is still "under investigation" or "waiting." I am 100% confident that my PC is completely clean and the issue is not from my side. The fault lies entirely within your anti-cheat system's false positives. Please escalate this and provide a real solution.ea anticheat failing to start
#1. all overlays are off, discord, nvidia, steelseries, etc. #2. the anticheat service (EAAntiCheatService) never gets created, all files are present inside the ac directory. #3. windows defender is permentaly disabled via dcontrol, and i don't use a third party anti-virus. no error code pop's up, only just a constantly splash screen of the anticheat attempting to start. i know resetting windows will more than likely fix it, but i'm not re-installing windows just to play 1 single game.
Fc 26 refuses to work online
I bought the game 2 days ago and everything including online modes was working fine. But just this evening when I booted up my game my personal settings file was gone and I was no longer able to play online game modes. As soon as I connect to the EA servers the game crashes without any error code and puts me back into steam/desktop. So far I have tried: completely reinstalling the game, including EA app and EA anticheat. Deleting the appdata, localdata, roaming, program files of anything related to EA or FC 26. Doing this to DISM: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth Restarting my pc Running the game on administrator The game works completely fine in offline mode. When I connect to the servers it just crashes within 5 seconds. Platform: PC, steam OS: windows 11 Specs: i7-12650H RTX 3050 6GB 16GB RAMFailed to Save and inappropriate Pro Clubs Name
“My Pro Clubs avatar name was automatically reset for moderation. Now every time I enter Clubs, I’m forced to confirm the avatar change, but saving fails with PRO_CLUB_AVATAR_SAVE_FAILED_ERROR, leaving me stuck in a loop. Other game modes work normally. Can my Pro Clubs avatar/profile be reset or fixed [CM edit: title]Error Message - "We've noticed your computer is currently offline."
I have done every single possible solution/troubleshoot known Reinstalled FC 26 Verified game files through Steam Reinstalled EA AntiCheat Confirmed EA App is online and functioning Confirmed FC 26 appears in my EA Library and shows a Play button Confirmed my Steam account is linked to my EA account Confirmed internet connectivity is working Successfully pinged ea.com Successfully resolved ea.com through DNS Confirmed no proxy server is enabled Attempted launching through both Steam and directly through the EA App Cleared EA App cache Restarted PC multiple times Confirmed Secure Boot is enabled Confirmed BIOS is set to UEFI Nothing has worked and I know for a fact the problem isn't Steam its you guys. Please fix your game EA Fifa isn't the same anymore you don't care about the experience of customers. Please just help me. Thanks.
