Good morning, my EA account already has EA SPORTS FC 26 and I have already played it. For a few days now, the game on my PC has not been starting up: the message “your computer is offline, to activate this game using your account you must be connected to the Internet” always appears. The connection is working, the date and time are correct, I have already cleared the EA App cache, reinstalled the EA App and FC26 on the C: drive, and tried different networks. Can you please check and realign the EA SPORTS FC 26 licence on my account?
