I pre-ordered the game way before 26th of august and been playing fc26 for several days, but still haven’t gotten the free premium pass. Anyone have a solution for this? I tried ea help support to check the missing content tool, but it never stops loading.

Some other players have run into this too. It’s usually a quick refresh issue. Please try restarting the game to see if your account syncs and the pass appears properly.

Like I mentioned in the post, I’ve played the game for multiple days, implying that I’ve logged in and out of the game several times. The issue is still there. I even did exactly that just now and nothing happened. Many of my friends have the same issue.
