Freezes and stuck on loading screens and menus

it keeps freezing on loading pages or menus. I have tried restarting ps5 and internet. I have tried reinstalling the game and license. I have deleted cache and rebuild database from ps5 menu. Before ...

I have the same issue and talked to the customer services. They said they are aware this issue and its worldwide. They said they will compensate me, they are working on fix. But wonder when will be fix. Cant play the game for 5 days.
