FUT Birthday Pedri: Cannot apply Bakery Playstyles after using Icon Cosmetic

I obtained the FUT Birthday Pedri card. Before applying any Playstyles through the Bakery feature, I applied an Icon Cosmetic Evolution to the card. Now, the card's rarity has changed and the Bakery menu says the card is Not Eligible.
