FUT Champs bug

I finished my champs, in my last game for my 10th win the guy quit gave me that notification screen then it kicked me out of ea servers, loaded back in when into champs to try and claim my rewards but i can’t. It now tells me i’m 10-6 with -1 games remaining EA YOUR A BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY FIX YOUR GAMEEE
