FUT frozen at player pick from pack

Ok in future I have been awarded a pack to select a player, once I select the player it does not have the confirm option and my game will not allow me to back out of the selection process, I ve tried deleting the game twice and every time I reinstalled it , it's still the same problem, this is on FUT EA FC 26 , it happens on each for x box one & x/s
