game closes when i try to connect to ea servers

my game closes when i press connect to ea servers no crash report just closes and the ea app opens up. I tried uninstall and reinstall the entire game as well as the anti cheat but nothing works. when i dont connect to ea servers im able to play but only when i try connecting it shows connecting but after it closes the game. i can send video of it doing so on my pc how do i fix this!
