Game crashing during pre match intro

I just had one match without a crash in the Europa, I thought it had been fixed, then it crashed again next game. Can we get an update on this at least?! It’s alarming that the game is having major issues it can’t (or won’t) fix. Fans being left unanswered for months is incredibly poor from a business at any level.
