Game destroying glitch in champs (see video)

My game glitched in champs where no button inputs were working. 

For some reason there was a white indicator above all of my players and they didn't even respond like AI, they were just frozen in place, completely unmoving.

I tried all buttons but nothing except for the menu button worked. Once I was in the menus the buttons were all working. 

Compensation would be nice...
