Game freezes at full time ps5

I keep completing a match (both online and offline) and at full time the screen freezes,I wait ages for it to sort itself out so I can continue, but when it doesn't the only solution is to close game down and start again. When I log back in it says I disconnected and gives me a warning. This even happened in offline draft, won 7 nil,froze at final whistle,then kicked me out of draft. And there's nothing to clear on my console it is a brand new console that I bought on launch day.
